There will be 3 "theme" days packed with fun, crafts, and games built around the theme days, and are appropriate for all ages. Themes this year are: Carey Campers (nature), The Carey Games (fun relays and games, "Minute to Win It"), and Carey Luau. Campers will be hiking and swimming every day. They will enjoy the craft projects and activities geared for the daily theme. Every day of camp starts out with rollcall and a good morning warm up around the fire (weather permitting). Camp teacher is Lynn Stish, with all the lifeguards as camp assistants. A snack will be provided during the morning**. Campers should bring a bag lunch the first two days. A picnic (hot dogs, chips, dessert, and beverage) will be provided the last day.
Due to COVID protocol, parents will drop off and pick up their own children at Carey Lake. The campers will not be riding the bus this year. Please drop off your children in the beach parking lot no earlier than 8:45am and pick them up in the parking lot at 3:00pm. Please be prompt. Call 362-5940 for any concerns/changes. Campers are required to wear a face mask in the pavilion.
