An HCC Parents Club Initiative
Kinship care is a term used for the raising of children by grandparents, and other family members, because biological parents are unable to do so for whatever reason.
Are you a grandparent or relative raising a child for another family member? One of the main benefits of a peer-based support group is that they provide much-needed social support from individuals experiencing similar life events. Kinship caregivers can find peer support, share experiences, and get advice from other kinship caregivers.
