- Aerosol Duster Sales Restrictions: Sales of aerosol dusters with DFE are limited to individuals 21+ with additional purchase restrictions.
- State and Local Minimum Wage: The new state minumim wage will be $11.13/hour, regardless of size, with additional local changes.
- Junk Fee/Price Transparency: Advertised prices must now include all mandatory fees (excluding taxes and fees).
- Automatic Subscription Renewals: Stricter rules on automatic renewals and clearer cancellation processes are required.
- Salary Disclosure: Job postings must include salary ranges for employers with 30+ employees.
