Beginner Kickboxing Course
Join our four-week Beginner Fitness Kickboxing Course at The Anchor, designed for individuals new to kickboxing. This once-weekly class offers a fun and challenging introduction to the fundamentals of kickboxing while improving fitness levels.
Mondays and Wednesdays 7:15 - 8:15 pm September 9th to October 2nd, 2024.
1. Learn basic kickboxing principles and techniques.
2. Improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and coordination.
3. Develop proper form in punches, kicks, and defensive maneuvers.
4. Cultivate confidence and discipline through consistent practice.
- Duration: Four weeks, once weekly.
- 60-minute sessions include warm-up, instruction, drills, and cool-down.
- Progressive curriculum builds skills over each class.

**Requirements:**
- Open to ages 16 and above, no experience needed.
- Wear comfortable workout attire; bring water.
