Please join Arrowhead Area Agency on Aging (AAAA) for their “Age-Friendly Business Training” Session Oct. 15th from 12:00-2;00 PM at the Minnesota North College-Hibbing Campus.

The Shift in age demographic is unleashing exponential growth in every industry. Are you Ready?

As we live longer, healthier lives: 1 in 3 Iron Range Community members are 65 or older, which surpasses the number of children 18 and under! The AAAA is inviting regional businesses and organizations to participate in an upcoming “Age-Friendly Business Training” Session. This training is aimed at promoting inclusivity and harnessing the potential of older adults as consumers and workers in our communities. These components encompass marketing strategies to create an Age-Friendly environment, enhancing customer experience, implementing effective hiring/staffing practices, and utilizing available resources.

This training is FREE and lunch will be provided. Quarterly virtual/hybrid trainings will follow.
